Thomas E. Shaw

Thomas E. Shaw primarily focuses on the representation of injured plaintiffs and their families in personal injury matters.  Throughout his entire professional career, he was worked for large, medium, and small firms.  Over the years, he has served as the first chair and second chair in significant personal injury lawsuits and business litigation matters.  He believes in going the distance for each and every plaintiff and works tirelessly to be ready to try every case.  When confronting an insurance company, he believes in achieving full and complete justice for his clients.

J. Taylor Shaw

J. Taylor Shaw focuses his practice primarily on aiding those who have been injured as a result of the negligence of others in their pursuit of justice.  Mr. Shaw joined his father’s firm in 2020.  Mr. Shaw brings a mosaic of experience to the firm that assists him in providing unique insights to each case, as his prior work has ranged from corporate and entity formation matters, commercial litigation, estate planning, and non-subscriber defense.  Mr. Shaw is a Dallas, Texas native, and like his father, Mr. Shaw is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the SMU Dedman School of Law.

Lynn Grimes

Lynn has worked for Thomas E. Shaw for the past 15 years and has been a legal secretary and assistant for 30 years. She began working with Tom at his previous firm and proudly followed when Thomas began his own firm. In most circumstances, she will be the first person you talk to when you contact the Law Offices of Thomas E. Shaw. Lynn is helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.
